Moderate
Only basic skills are
required, and a “naturally fit and healthy” or sporadic
exerciser, with no health complications, should be able to handle
this fitness level. Previous kayak experience is recommended for
those taking the Queen Charlotte Islands Kayak Trip as there are
some open ocean paddling and surf landings. On the Rockies Wildlife
Tour, there is a variation between flat terrain and some longer
steep slopes. Experience with carrying a light backpack for up
to six hours useful, but we will not be attempting anything technical.
