Make A Reservation
Please
take the following steps:

Go to the Tour Summary of the tour you'd like to take.
- Scroll
down to the blue box and click on the date you have mind. The
form that pops up will ask only for information we require to
give you a firm price.

Click ‘Submit'. Within two working days, we confirm availability
and provide you with a firm estimate. This way you don't have
to worry about any hidden charges.
Once
you agree to the estimate we ask you to submit a $500 deposit per
person by going to our secure online Payment
Form. We then provide you with predeparture information and
a receipt.
If
you are booking within 60 days, you must submit the entire amount
on the payment form.
That's
it!
Cancellations
Upon
receiving written notice of the cancellation, the following schedule
will apply:
- 61
days or more prior to tour departure: full refund, less a $50
processing fee.
- 60
- 0 days prior to departure: no refund will be given.
If
you must cancel, we will be as understanding as possible and will
make every effort to be flexible.
Please
note: While all prices are in Canadian funds, when your credit card
is processed the transaction should reflect the current rate of
exchange for non-Canadian customers. HST of 12% will be charged
on the price, a portion of which may be refundable to non-Canadian
residents. Please talk to us or go to HST
Rebate.
